How To Build A Work Tricycle



I created this blog in honor of all those who have fallen into the bluff of the online universities E-Campus.
What I will report here is what they wrote on the website forum of the many disappointed students who work after two years of university are found to have paid a lot of money and not having much-vaunted benefits.
The objectives of the two blogs are: a) prevent others from "going manner" like me, fall into the trap b) ensure that the Pandora's box and you find these people no longer able to harm anyone.
Polidori (CEPU patron) along with its plethora of politically correct educators need to be proven wrong and put aside for ever!

Titolo: Analisi-Geometria

Salve ragazzi, sono Federico Murari. Ho appena finito con chimica ed ora mi butto a capofitto su analisi-geometria per gennaio.

Apro questa discussione per riunire "anime" perse che postano in altre discussioni e magari fare il punto con loro sul programma.

Io sono alla lezione 20 e dovrei portare anche fondamenti di informatica, ma visto il livello presteso negli esami di ottobre, preferisco prendermela un po' più con calma e portare solo il malloppone di analisi e geometria.

Non per spaventare chi non ha dato esami ma vi dico che nella sessione appena chiusa hanno usato la mano pesante (chimica 3 passati su 20!!!!)

Fatevi vivi!!!!

fully agree with what I say .... and I passed geometry with 21 luxury ... we went on 6 three fences .... it seemed nn not the much vaunted by the CEPU preferred route .... but it seemed very similar to what I remembered of the university (15 years ago) ... and not a tool for workers who simply want to improve.

I saw a lot of people angry and my way of looking at it right ... but the CEPU to sell the "vacuum" to promise the impossible .. and it's unfair because we put time on the plate money and effort ....

... cmq x now goes well .... let's see !!!!!

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. You paste a letter I sent in recent days at the university.

I'd like to hear the views of other members on the issues dealt with by me.

I refer to your inquiry in recent weeks with Dott.sa Bosisio on the issues that I noticed in the enjoyment of the course in Computer Engineering who have joined since July 2008.

After about 9 months of attendance during and after three examinations the time has come for me to sum up this experience.

vuol'essere I state that this letter is not a criticism but an end in itself but a means to bring to the attention of all actors involved in decision-making related to the university and the course of engineering problems that I encountered with the hope to launch critical processes that encourage all parties to an improvement of a situation that is becoming increasingly untenable.

add that, to date, I have seen both directly (downloadable from the portal) or indirectly (viewed by classmates) the following subjects: *

GEOMTR - Geometry

CHIGEN * - General Chemistry

* FONIGE - Fundamentals of Engineering Management

* ANAMAT - Mathematics

* * PHYSICAL

Calel - Computers Electronics

* Retel - Telecommunication Networks

My comments therefore relate to the experience gained on these matters , which I believe is still a good sample to evaluate the degree course in his Overall

I'll try to summarize all the points and I am having difficulty:

1. STUDY PLAN AND COMMITMENT WEEKLY

Upon registration, all students are offered a curriculum based on weekly time to dedicate to study.

In my case I have quantified this time 12 hours per week, that figure, derived from a careful analysis of my free time and deliberately high, it is time that I can actually cut out of work, family and personal commitments and mental and physical well-deserved rest.

The scarcity of free time has always been a factor Stop by my inclusion in the academic world. With e-Campus, things went a bit 'different: the data in hand and with a little' credits validated because of my occupation, I was offered a curriculum in 4 years and 6 months would take me to graduate.

My initial skepticism was finally beaten by the accuracy of the plan and the distribution of the times. One lesson =

two hours, A review lessons = 80/160 = 40/80 hours. Although I have not passed Analysis I had no trouble to make quick mental calculations of the proposed plan that would lead to an acceptable level of credibility.

I figured 6 months for any scrap exams not past or materials not very digestible and I threw in the adventure.

I soon discovered, in spite of myself, one lesson that the equation = two hours had some defect. I thought I'd be a little 'rusty and I tried to get by, but today I can say with certainty that two hours are not quite enough to read, do the exercises, understand and learn a lesson. It requires at least twice as many hours, which, as you might imagine, leads to a doubling of the dates scheduled in the curriculum.

We therefore reduce the workload for the lesson. If, for educational needs is not possible, for better transparency and fairness toward of members present and future, increase the time allowed for the study of a lesson.

2. LECTURE NOTES AND STUDY MATERIAL

The lessons that have provided quality levels are highly variable.

For some subjects the material is excellent. For example, Prof. Maurizio Romeo, save a few mistakes in the exercises, handouts published complete, easily readable and understandable after all.

For other subjects you can not say the same. Take for example Calel: already in the first 10 lessons will exceed 800 pages of material! Which forces a long process of reading, sorting and compression with consequent loss of time.

King PHYSICS, where classes are often unclear and there are continuous references to a book that uses different symbols from the cupboard.

I realize that it is difficult to expect the same quality standards for all teachers. But I want to remind you that not attending classes and having only the material published online is absolutely essential that the material is clear, easy to understand, properly paginated and a volume / complexity useful to conduct the examination.

Most members of this universe, including me, belong to certain categories of people (workers, fathers, business owners) with the amount of free time strongly limited. The cut in the time and effort devoted to the study must be absolutely optimized.

3. INTERACTION WITH THE TEACHERS / STUDENTS

Interaction with teachers is often problematic. Again there are teachers who also meet on Saturday evening and others who respond after 15-20 days, perhaps hastily and incompletely to the questions.

One solution would be to set up forum / wiki divided by subject, with the active participation of teachers / tutors. In this way, fulfill the function of dialogue with fellow students and the maintenance of a history professor from the answers to the questions.

4. METHOD 'EXAMINATION

I therefore believe that teachers should explain better how to examine.

Questo è vero solo sulla carta. In realtà i contatti col tutor avvengono (di media) una volta al mese, spesso anche meno. Non mi risulta che esistano tutor “particolarmente esperti” in determinate discipline e, se esistono, non mi è mai stata proposta la loro assistenza.

Forse è il caso di diminuire il numero di studenti e di compiti assegnati ad ogni tutor in modo che possano dedicare maggiore attenzione agli studenti.

Non ne faccio una colpa del mio tutor in particolare, semplicemente ho l’impressione che la mole di lavoro non gli consenta di occuparsi come dovrebbe di ogni studente.

6. TRASPARENZA E FRUIBILITA’ DELLE INFORMAZIONI

Al fine di una migliore trasparenza vi chiedo se c’è la possibilità di pubblicare o comunque ottenere le statistiche sull’esito degli esami.

Cercando sul sito inoltre mi sono reso conto di non trovare un regolamento di facoltà o una qualsiasi linea guida sui meccanismi burocratici che regolano ad esempio lo svolgimento delle lezioni de degli esami.

Spesso tali regolamentazioni sono delegate a delle brevi notizie pubblicate sul sito, di cui, però è difficile tenerne traccia ed una visone d’insieme.

7. TASSE UNIVERSITARIE

though I have also supported the examinations and have a fair recognition of credits are very disheartened by this experience I eCampus ....! ECampus

I had been raised as a university of the second age x, so to speak, or to people not so young (I 35) but also workers who wanted a personal and professional improvement.

I can not criticize in the eCampus sostanzialemten am very serious and well organized, but I'm taking some around, because when I had done very well registering this or what were my difficulties .. .. no time available and a rust incredible what are the mathematical basis.

I have already made contacts with other universities also believe that telematics according to those I interviewed to be much more suitable for old-worker.

Anyway I repeat this is my limit and I am sure that people conpiu time and you are more prepared than me invece trovando benissimo....ritengo che a giugno anke molte altre persone con le mie stesse difficoltà cercheranno soluzioni diverse.

Da parte di alcuni nostri colleghi studenti ci sia anche un po di ipocrisia sicuramente anke in buona fede....ho sentito dire da alcuni..."del presitigio della laurea in ing...poi potrai costruire ponti e autostrade....avrai della forti responsabilità...ecc.ecc...quindi e giusto che a Ecampus falcino la gente"....Sarà anke vero xo ritengo che chi si era iscritto qui lo abbia fatto xche nn si riteneva alla'altezza di un Politecnico e volesse una strada facilitata...quindi non nascondiamoci dietro ad un dito x favore.

x Fabio .... ... we were in 4 computer ... Of which only two promoted with 18 .... x be an examination of 5 credits is crazy .... I also xche with pokissimo time I slide the 3480 Computer are unable to read the right half. cmq ... ... and so the exam test calc impress .... test ... test ... and then write suid in C. ... all for charity, but simple stuff done in ways test of skill ... or 15 minutes ..... then the part x test dramamtica that if you study the slides nn is practically unworkable ... that the multiple choice test .... x 5 credits short of a shit ... phentatlon absurd and incomprehensible!
